Social Contracts

Classrooms are working on establishing social contacts! This Capturing Kids' Hearts activity empowers students to discuss and decide appropriate behaviors for everyone in the class based on four questions: 

How do you want to be treated by me (leader)? 

How do you want to be treated by each other? 

How do you think I (leader) want to be treated by you? 

How do you want to treat each other when there is conflict?

Students brainstorm words/phrases that best answer the questions above, create a poster to serve as a visual reminder, and then sign their classroom contracts!
