Optional Flu Vaccination Clinic
Wayland Union Schools is partnering with Wayland Village Pharmacy to offer the annual influenza vaccine to students and staff, conveniently administered during the school day.
Date of Clinic: September 29, 2025
Cost: Free with insurance. Without insurance, the cost is $30 per vaccine (cash, checks made out to Wayland Village Pharmacy, or card by calling the pharmacy ahead of time).
If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccine, please complete the attached consent form and return it to your child’s school. Additional copies of the form are also available in the main office of each school building. Forms (with payment if needed) must be turned into your school's main office by September 22, 2025.
If you do not wish for your child to be vaccinated, no action is needed—simply do not return the form, and your child will not receive the vaccine.
